This Ben and Jerry'a location was great! The ice cream and the costumer service was astonishing. The people working in The Ben... and Jerry's were charismatic and had great sanitation at all times, both of the workers there had a huge impact on the costumerservice, in a positive way! I was fascinated with the taste of the Ice Cream to say the least. All in all i had a wonderful timein Ben and Jerry's, i couldn't ask for a more perfect place to spend time with my family. 10/13/2022 @ 6:00pm First timers....walked in employee was hugging I guess her boyfriend seems we bothered them. She was rude... didn't greet us just looked at us. I even said oh you're ready....lol...over rated ice cream taste freezer burner. Got out of mycar and trashed it. My daughter (12) threw her's out too. Read more

Absolutely the worst service my family has had a Ben & Jerry's ever. We showed up about 30 mins before closing. Young lady... working was happy to see us (was 8 of us). She did fill our orders, so we sat down to enjoy our treats inside. There was anolder guy working on a Lego set in back hall which was odd. Another group of 4 people came in and got treats. The went tooutside tables to eat, and the older guy went outside to inform them that they had to get up so that he could move tables inside(it was still 15 minutes before closing). They were not happy!! This caused a lot of loud noise inside for us, and he then askedif we were done because he wanted to gather the trash. It was a total slap in the face after we had spend over $60 on ice creamjust 15 mins ago and weren't done yet. We won't stop here again! I so hope the owner or manager see this and realizes thisbehavior is not acceptable to paying customers. Read more

I had the Phish Food ice cream (Chocolate Ice Cream with Gooey Marshmallow Swirls, Caramel Swirls & Fudge Fish) on a cone with... chocolate and nuts. It was delicious! Read more

Ameri-cone ice cream was yummy. Wasn't a big fan of my husbands raspberry shake but service was fast and friendly!
