Went there on 10/29/22, our first time here and had a wonderful time. Our server Peter was very knowledgeable and attentive and... recommended the kickin chicken sandwich, which was delicious by the way. Everything we ordered was delicious, from thecalamari to the wings to the Tri Tip & ribs. We got a table as soon as we entered, there were a lot of people but not too badas expected for a Saturday evening! Will definitely recommend BJ's and will go again! Read more

I have to say it was my first time there. But my first impression was excellent. I loved the shrimp tacos. Lots of flavor. The... party also had rings and steak and the term on the cut was just as ordered and ribs were also very good. Special mention withwhat I loved the most the BJ's own brewed Root Beer it is as of now the best root beer I have ever tasted. Read more

Lunchtime… we were seated promptly when we got there and were offered between table or booth seating. The waiter was very... attentive and tended to us right away. I ordered their lunch special of a personal pizza and salad. It was just enough foodfor me. Right amount without feeling too full. The food ordered was brought to us as requested and in a timely manner. Read more

We went to celebrate a college graduation of a friend. The service was slow, but we weren't in a hurry and the food was amazing.... The menu is extensive so there is something for everyone. I highly recommend it. Read more

Delicious beer menu....great variety of entrees.... multiple types of seating options...and attentive waiters..BJs has always... been a great place for us to eat. I've been to BJs multiple times by now and finally decided to put pen to paper...or finger tophone? The one "appetizer" that never fails are the bread bowl soup options. Absolutely fantastic...each one. I've tried thetomato/basil, chili, broccoli cheddar, and the tortilla soup options, each one equally filling and delicious (even tho mypersonal faves are the tomato and broccoli options). The bread is perfectly toasted with a delectable taste of garlic with eachbite. Every time I visit BJs...the bread bowl is a MUST. I've sampled the wings...the deep dish pizza...tavern pizza...pasta.Every single dish has a depth of flavor. It tastes fresh, every single ingredient shines and the flavors are not complicated. Ido like their sitting arrangements. When you enter, you can see different sections and each section produces it's own ambience. There's the bar area with all the TVs for the late night drinkers who might get a little loud. Then the one-seat booths for thecouples on dates one section over. Then the larger booths/tables for bigger groups. And then on it's own, you have a side whereit's obviously for families with little ones. It's very well thought out. Their beer menu cannot be compared....their beeroptions are the perfect complements to their meals. The beers do not feel separate but part of the meal. I drank two 8% glassesand left feeling...well amazing. Top quality ingredients...diverse menu... appealing environment...this is a must stop ifyou're from McAllen or just passing by. Read more

Service was great! The appetizers and Arnold Palmers had great flavor. The rice, beans, and broccoli were a little more al dente... than I'm used to. Overall good food. Read more

Extremely understaffed but they are doing a great job at taking care of everybody. Food and drinks were great. And they are... able to accommodate our baby's car seat. Had a flight of beers and a flight of margaritas. Definitely recommend you go andenjoy the food and drinks. Thank you to the manager lady for checking up on us. Came back on November 11 for veterans day theyhad complementary meals for active duty and veterans which was much appreciated. I was helped by Jacob he was great and hadgreat recommendations I enjoyed the drinks he recommended. Read more

The first time my I visited BJ’s I wasn’t too impressed with their menu. That was 3 years ago. Not sure what made me want to... go back, but I’m glad I did. Their power bowls caught my eye and I ordered the one with the blackened salmon. It wasdelicious. My husband ordered a medium rare steak and even though it was undercooked he ate the whole thing up. The third timewe went back, we just got dessert. They really do push those. If you’re not full after your entree, I’d say definitely trytheir pizookies. Read more
