I mean it's edible. Definitely wouldn't go back. Service is alright.
Server on bar side did a great job and was on top of things. For some reason I never feel like the cheese melts on the wedges.... Had the tenders and feel they are heavily breaded. Will say the mango habanero sauce definitely has a real hot spice to it. Onlycome back because wife likes their boneless hot wings other than that Im not a fan. Read more
Horrible customer service by wait staff. Nobody present to greet customers walking in. Waited before male staff member said to... sit anywhere. Waited another while for the waitress to come by and introduce herself and then saying, "I'll be your servertoday, unless you want someone else," in a sarcastic tone. Waited over half an hour for our order, while 3 tables who wereseated after us ordered and got their food first. I was almost 20 minutes late back at work. There were a total of 5 to 6 tablesduring lunchtime, so the place was nowhere near full to justify such slow and impersonal service. Food was great Wings Burger wedges with fries were awesome the service waitress that attended us sucked! she forgot to give us... Ranch forgot to give us refills and forgot to bring me a drink that I ordered I had to ask another waitress who brought me Ranchfaster than she did it also took her three times to bring the correct drink She also asked us if we wanted a refill at the veryend when we were done eating. I would have give it a 2 star because we wait a very long time 3 full times sit after us and got there food ordering the same we... had the problem was they forgo your food was in the windows I ask for help but no help so they brought us cold food my childrenwas so hungry they ate it anyway the Manager apologize and took $15 off it still was $40 something and nachos was so cold anddry couldn?t move the chips and the Manager did bring a plate of nachos that?s what I ate I had to take my chicken home and mybaby macaroni home I?m and heat it up that?s crazy we had to watch the table in front and in side of us eat the same thing smhwe will not be coming back to this Location and just look at the pictures how dry and cold everything look Read more
Overall, you know what to expect when you come to BWW. The wings are amazing and the atmosphere is pretty awesome...it was a... little weird during the pandemic, but overall the experience was legit. I love BWW and would definitely come back. Enjoy! Read more
We did wing take-out because on Tuesday night its buy an order and get one free. We did honey BBQ and traditional Buffalo wings... but medium heat. My son always orders the Honey BBQ, a little bit sweet for my taste but good. I was not in the mood for seriousheat but I still wanted the tang that comes with the traditional sauce. I really like that they have a variety of sauces tochoose from. I've had the spicy garlic, but really didn't get a garlic punch I was looking for. I've also tried the Asian Zing,really good and spicy.One of these days I'm going to try one of their burgers. Read more
Not a fan, boneless wings were eh and they said they usually get complaints about them so I'm not sure why it's not fixed.... Service was ok and this location was out of a lot of things so that kinda sucked. Not bad but I wouldn't want to come hereagain. Read more
