I gave the staff 5 stars but management 1 star. I ordered chipotle bowel today. I asked for less rice, beans, extra lettuce and... onions. The manager told the staff there is no lettuce at this moment. I told the staff I wouldn't mind to wait. The managertook out the lettuce and whispered at the staff's ear. The staff packed my ordered. I asked the staff one more time in a nicetone. "Would you mind to give me extra lettuce". He opened the bowel and said sorry I thought the manager put the lettuce. Thestaff is really nice, but the management is not. Such a bad experience at this location. I will never come back to thislocation. The picture is after adding extra lettuce. Garbage service. Extremely rude staff preparing to go orders. They ignore customers and seem upset when you try to let them know... youre there for your pre-ordered food. They dont even let you finish your sentence when they cut you off. I dont know how ittakes 20 mins to give me an order that was pre-ordered! Read more
