Decent food, and horrible service. Went there with friends to celebrate my birthday and we were COMPLETELY overlooked, even... after placing our orders. Mid way during our stay, they closed our tab so we can pay first before ordering more! And they couldonly do it split pay!? Not individual billing? Yes we ordered more and kept a tab open for drinks while playing games, and thefemale manager with tattoos on her arm harassed my friends saying the bill needed to be paid before leaving... WE WERE IN THEARCADE!!! WITH AN OPENED TAB!!! They kept making us feel like we were going to dine and dash due to social profiling!!!DISGUSTING!!! And get this, the ONE time I asked for help because their air hockey game wasn't working, the same lady "manager"looked at me as if I was a lost drunk who was bothering her. None of COULD get a buzz even if we wanted to with the slowservice! I was so embarrassed bringing my friends here to celebrate my birthday. And get this, our server was new, Isympathized. But he misspoke about certain items being paid already and some that weren't. An honest mistake right? But as soonas he realized he said something was paid when it wasn't ( due to the mess of tabs and receipts) he approached me apologizingcause his manager told him it still needed to be paid. Which was fine, no problem. But what bothered me is that he felt so badand knew it was SO dumb of a mix up, he even offered to pay the drinks HIMSELF. I told him don't worry, it's not your fault. Delicious drinks and screens everywhere! Perfect entertainment for the adults while the kids have hours of fun on their own!
Overall experience was great, the service to take our order was a little slow, the game play was pretty cool and worth the... price. The food was alright felt to me that it lacked flavor although it wasn't expensive however they do lack variety to choosefrom. Read more
1st time attending this location! Loved it! I ordered the steak salad trying to feel healthy XD… It was ok, looked awesome but... taste was ok. I wouldn’t order it again it wasn’t for me… Wife ordered chicken Parmesan and that was awesome! Big enoughto feed 2… But I will be going again!! Read more
We were looking for something fun to do and grab a bite to eat. A bar was a must. Neither my boyfriend and I had come to D&B... before. FOOD: I had the Chicken Avocado Club. It was good but a bit cold. My boyfriend ordered the pizza. I wish I had orderedthat instead. It tasted great! DRINK: I had the Strawberry Watermelon Margarita. It was surprisingly refreshing. I wasdisappointed the cubes were not watermelon slices like I thought. Instead, they were ice cubes made of strawberry juice. I laterused them on my Sprite to make it extra cold. GAMES: Good variety of games. The HALO game was a winner for us. The best part isthere was hardly any children around, making it easier to curse aloud when let loose your game frustrations haha For $56 intickets (chips, points, whatever) we had an evening of so much fun! Love the food and games. The size of the meals are big and pack a ton of flavor. The new pizza is amazing with crisp pepperoni... slices. I definitely plan on coming more often for just the food alone lol. Your kids will have a blast and love the food aswell. Definitely a must go to place for friends and family Read more
Great atmosphere! Awesome wait staff! The food was good. It has alot of games to choose from. Everything was clean. Girls... restroom has plenty of stalls just needed some upkeep, but it was close to closing time. Overall a great place. Definitelyrecommend! Read more
The facility is clean. The staff are welcoming and attentive. Many of the games malfunction. You scan for your game and it... may or may not work. This happened with several games including hungry hungry hippos and the gridiron foot ball. But the realmost lame thing that occurred during our visit- we were visiting from out of town & kids wanted to play a dance game. Thislocation has Pump it Up. Well there was a customer who had a igloo lunch cooler, a gallon of water, a pack of energy drinks, abottle of baby powder and a bath towel. It was obvious he was camping out. He had 9 credits loaded on the game. He would playa round (3 dances) then rest for 30 minutes…not playing but not allowing anyone else a turn. He was there 3+ hours like thisby the time we left and still had 3 credits to use. Lame. Make a limit - who gets to bring in an ice chest with outsidedrinks? You have to walk thought hostess station to get in. This isn’t a gym. The drinks were good. The chocolate cake icecream dessert was yummy. Read more
