What a terrible experience and to a store that just doesn't care. Ordered 2 large pies, asked for them to be cooked well done... but were just regular. Worst thing is the delivery guy dropped them at some point and decided to deliver them anyways. ???? Don't bother wasting your money here and find a different place. Read more
Delivery driver(Maria) is rude. I ordered the chicken cabanera pasta had little sauce loaded with onions very little chicken... and no mushrooms. The chicken habanero sandwich was soggy as well. Did call to let manager know about their rude driver and allhe said was he would talk to her, but didn't apologize. Read more
Worst experience ever with Domino?s pizza ever!!!! Staff is extremely rude and dismissive of my problem. Pizza was over almost... an hour late. Pizza was cold and missing items that was supposed to be on the pizza. When I called about it they said they wouldgive me a credit but charge me for the the amount correct amount?in my mind when you give a credit you give all the money backbecause of there screw up. Not charge the person ordering for their screw up!!! I will never order or do business with anyDominos pizza ever again because of this one store. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich; The BBQ and Bacon Chicken; and the 2 piece Lava Cake before 8:45pm tonight (05Mar2022).... I had called and canceled my order at 10:15pm due to it being an hour and a half. The delivery guy showed up at approximately10:30pm. I told him the order had been canceled and I would not be accepting any cold, congealed, soggy food from him. He raisedhis voice and got an ugly attitude. I kept saying 'Have a good night" for several minutes before he left. I didn't appreciatehim mean mugging me standing at his car with 2 fingers in the air. I just waved at him and continued telling him 'Have a goodnight'. I will NOT be ordering from this location ever again. Read more
Update: this store is under new management and called us to make things right. He apologized and offered to give us a credit. ... Today we cashed in that credit and ... man hot pizza never tasted so good. Thank you to the new manager. Horrible!!! If onlymore people read reviews!!! An hour and a half and still waiting for pizza!!!! This is ridiculous!! Offered to go pick it upand person on phone said it was out for delivery. Person is obviously lost or something. Got hung up on 3 times as well!! Nocustomer service whatsoever!! Save your money.. eat local or at least at a different domino's. Doesn't even deserve one star. Read more
I had placed my order online and payed for it as well. Sent my daughter to pick it up being it was pd for so she wouldn't have... any trouble, well they told her it was never placed. (We always do online ordering) I then head over myself to see what theissue was, low and behold IT WAS THERE, manager was of no help as to why they had lied to my daughter in the first place.Quality of this location is sadly going down pizzas we're poorly done, not fully cooked, cold and not even pre cut entirelythrough.
