IHOP use to be a great place to eat,it's now a typical dirty dive like the ones you see in those movies where the the dinner is... located in the middle of nowhere and it's dirty. The food was blah, the seats were torn, the floor was dirty,they kept callingme mama just cuz I ate alone. I like going alone to restaurants,just to see how they treat a female dinning alone. And IHOPfailed. You can hear the loud music from the kitchen and the kitchen staff you can hear every word they are saying!!! IHOPshould change their name to DDE(dirty dinning experience). First time going to this location. It was late, but never the less, it was a good experience. Store was clean. Food was great.... Our server, Cristina, was really nice and attentive. I would definitely come back here again. Read more

The food I ordered was delicious but I got the vibe that my waitress didn't like me for some reason. I never once did ANYTHING... to make her not like me. Either that or she sux at her job. She didn't ask if I needed anything. Didn't even bring my check norpick up my payment. A complete different waitress picked up my check and I was never checked on while I was eating my meal. Idon't know who got the tip but it definitely should've been split cause she did half the job and another waitress did the rest.If not for that, I would've given more stars. I was in McAllen for the healthcare work to fight Covid 19 situation there. Many food locations were disappointing in that area... but this national brand saved my butt to survive in this undeveloped Mexican oriented area. What a save for this poor community. Read more

Terrible service and food. Nothing worse than fake eggs and raw hash browns....looks like a third world facility....
