Fast and tasty food, even that they have not many workers they do a great job.
Been coming here for many years, the last couple of times were terrible. Horrible loud music in back, can't hardly hear the... cashier. No one in front, have to wait. No ice in machine. If I could I?d leave ZERO stars !!!!! The cashier was rude as hell! First I ordered breakfast and was told by the female then a... male voice they aren?t serving breakfast. So then I ordered separate orders of stuffed jalapeños and they gave my less thanwhat I asked for. Loaded tiny tacos with the only modification being easy lettuce (no sauce was on the tiny tacos) I was notgiven a receipt and my entire order was made incorrectly. If you want to be treated with good customer service and have your concerns actually addressed, then i suggest you don't get... food from this location and possibly neither from any other jack in the box location. they won't help you resolve any issues orconcerns you have, rather, they will just give you excuses on top of more excuses to try and justify their terrible work ethicand customer service skills. And will literally tell you that the only way they will help you is if you return all of the foodback to them like if they can even do anything with that food at all. Don't ever come to this place and don't waste your time,gas and especially money on a place that doesn't help you when they mess up. Read more
Great restaurant. Food was great and service as well. Between this location n the one on 23rd Street and Expressway I would say... they are the best Jack in the box locations I have been too and like to go to more often. Read more
We love the breakfast. My son ordered the loaded sandwich with all the meats and he loved it. I have also noticed that this... location actually reads and responds to our comments. I think that is great, not too many businesses care enough to do that.Wishing you all the success! Read more
Ordered the Jumbo Jack with large order of curly fries. I requested fresh fries and when the ordered arrived the burger looked... like it was prepared on the floor it looked disgusting. The fries were not fresh and hot. They seemed to be the bottom of thebucket type of fries. They were handful of small pieces and no curly fries to be seen. This behavior is rampant in every fastfood place I've visited. Its the same low quality of food and plus you get attitude from employees. We prepare fresher andhotter food at our homes. Why tolerate this disregard to quality of food.? Read more
Online it says they close at 1 am, I was there at 12:40 and the person in the drive thru said they were closed
