You're better off at Kurai next door. I came here with a girlfriend who was visiting from Houston. I'm the one who had suggested... this place. When we got here the restaurant was empty. There was no servers or host to be found that Gabriel the manager had tosit us down. He placed the menus down on a table we didn't feel comfortable with so we asked if we could move to another spot.He didn't even bother grabing the menus and taking is to our desired table. Then he left us there 10 minutes before he got ourdrinks. We waited 20 more minutes and since the menu has no pictures as he walked by I wanted to ask him about a specific platebut before I could even ask he cut me off and said that our waiter would be right with us. His attitude was the worst I'm sureif he would of addressed us in a polite manner we wouldn't of left. I appologized to my friend and asked her if she didnt mindif we could leave next door to Kurai which I wish I would have chosen Kurai from the very beginning. The food and service is thebest! When picking up orders make sure you ask for the receipt, the young girl that attended me a few days ago told... me the receipt was on the bag, sure it was but she hetten charged me yet so when I did and got home. Used to be the spot. I keep giving this location chances. The food comes out room temp, when I ask to re heat the cooks give... dirty looks. Today I went in at 6:30 pm. Smelled like a dirty mop and the floor was still dirty. Management ain't doing itsjob. Go to the one in mission. Read more

The sushi here is AMAZEBALLS ????????. I had the Cosmos and Maui Wowie Rolls and I fell back in my seat after taking my first... bite (was THAT good ????). Their service and sushi are amazing. The firecracker roll is the best roll I've ever had. I've been to various Kumori... establishments and this location makes them exactly how I like it. The roll is super crispy and has a very nice amount of craband avocado. It tastes even better with spicy mayo and hot sauce. The portions are perfect and the waiters are always so sweetand helpful! Our experience was soured by one dish. Spicy calamari was wet, cold and not tasty. After consultation with the waitress and... manager they could not take that off the bill. Very disappointed.
