Took my son out for a great lunch at Kumori. The food was delicious! About an hour after we left my son noticed he was missing... his ear bud. We went back to Kumori and the staff was kind enough to go out of their way to help us find it. Thank you so muchIsaiah, his manager Herman and the rest of the staff for going above and beyond serving great food. Best food and customer service compared to other locations, I used to eat at the one on 6th and Nolana, but the service there... was always terrible and the quality was hit or miss. Been here a few times with my son, and I have not been disappointed. Read more

My family and I have been customers of kumori for well over 10 years but this location has just been dropping the ball. Two... weeks ago we get raw chicken served. We aren?t very big on complaining but that is just unacceptable. Took a picture and left itat that. Decided to give them another chance and once again the order is completely wrong and we end up getting half the foodwhile having to wait over 20 minutes for the other half.
