I went to pick up food and the smell was incredibly horrendous....it smelled like sewage...and the workers were very rude they... didnt even notice me coming in and waiting for them to give me my food and charge me i had to walk up to one to let them know iwas there. And they also refused to give me a recipt. However the food i picked up did tatse good so that saves it from being aone star. Read more
Super disgusted. When we got there, the afternoon waitress explained to us that due to Covid-19 they couldn?t give menus per... county orders, and we could look online at the menu on our phone. Understandable, but I also know that she should be wearing aface mask. We knew what we wanted so no big deal. We were served out plates with errors. Mind you, only us and one othercouple were there. She then proceeded to cough and sneeze all over the restaurant with no mask. Didn?t wash her hands, thensat down to count her tips. No washing of hands. No hygiene. Read more
One of my favorite seafood restaurants.
I have been coming here for 1/2 my life... Great food and atmosphere... For the past 2 years We have begun looking for another... place to go and have dinner and drinks... With No exaggeration I would come here 2-3 times a week for Social time with spouseand friends... We have seen staff go and come back and leave again... Our bill would be in the High end and has come to Once aweek and the amount spend($300 to $400 ) has gone to $20 to $100... Only (2 or 3 guest) The Owners are Wonderful but the EveningManager is rude and has had words with my company. She has yet to tell me anything but as management background it is VeryWrong... If we were to keep staff from working then I can understand... We give waiters a chance but when service is not good Westick to the best... To many issues and Not allowing certain waiter to speak or talk to us is just Wrong in so many levels!!! Read more
This place is delicious and the prices are great! It tastes very fresh and made to order
The fajitas were tough and over seasoned. Our table was one of two tables and even then the service was bad. We were given one... napkin and had to get up to ask for a cup refill. The prices for the quality is way overpriced. Needless to say I won't bereturning Read more
Ordered online at 3:30pm for pick up at 5:30pm, we arrived on time and was informed that our order had been sitting under a... warmer for half an hour because they started my order early in case of a rush! Excuse me? So needless to say, my order was verysoggy (seafood botana & a regular botana) my family and I were very disappointed. Restaurant was empty when we arrived. Read more
