Manager was rude unprofessional disrespectful.Manager doesn't greet customers or tells customers Thank You.Never smiles or... acknowledge customers orders when the pizza is wrong refused to do The pizza correct&The cook was eating&cleaning HIS face withHis dirty hands cutting the pizzas. I'm a regular customer(if I don't go I send My Daughter's)2 to 3 times a week from 3 to 6pizzas because I live close by& guess I'll take my business to another one until THEY replace these employees that are in arelationship(manager&cook) makes the company look bad.???? I would?ve given this location 1 star, but the employees were polite. Their product however, was garbage. I made the mistake of... not checking my pizza when they handed it to me, and I was unpleasantly surprised when I got home and ready to eat. The cheesewas dry and the slices were almost impossible to separate because the cheese fused them together like a tough adhesive paste. Mypizza was clearly left in the warmer for HOURS until I got there to place my order. They gave me a credit, but honestly, I don?tmind losing that credit as long as I prevent Atleast one person from going through what I went through. The manager didn?t evensuggest any type of reimbursement. I had to ask her how she could resolve this. I?m willing to bet that if I hadn?t asked for asolution; they would?ve offered an apology and only that. The experience was the worst I?ve ever had at ANY little Caesar?slocation. Ordered 6 pizzas for me team. Hot and fresh. Good quality. Second time ordering, there was a big bubble.
I go to Little Caesars about once a month and their pizza is delicious and so reasonably priced. I order from the app and have... not had any issues placing or receiving my order. Read more

im from houston and this gotta be the worst little caesars i ever been to forreal. the lady at the counter counted up money with... her hand and then went to go get my pizza and cut it. i saw ppl in the back touching all over and kneading the dough w theirbare hands. very dirty. no gloves at all and its covid times. i still ate the pizza lol but dude what the heck. this was theworst dough ever. idk if its a houston thing but the dough at little caesars over in htx is at least decent but dang the doughhere was str8 boo boo. 1 star. peace out Read more
Pizza is literally hard as a rock, crust is hard, cheese has the flavor and texture of plastic, pepperonis burned to the crisp....
