They have 2 drive thru and I was on one of them and nobody was there to take my order, I was there for a while and no one even... bothered to attend me or even say that they were gonna be with me in a moment. They kept taking the other side of the drive thrutheir orders but never mine. They should put a sign or something if it was out of service or whatever and not let someone wastetheir time. as a student who attends STC this is the closest restaurant, they are constantly giving me and my friends the wrong size drinks... , giving us a smaller size , or getting our order wrong. they also undercook our fries and do the same thing with the sizesgiving us a medium when asking for a large. they took over 10 minutes for an iced coffee and some fries. please try and dobetter , this is all that?s available most times and i want the size i payed for . I went thru the drive threw super packed.. the guy I was speaking to threw speaker I kept asking him if there was a 20 piece... combo.. nothing kept repeating myself so he asked me what sauce I requested.. I told him probably just ketchup, and to mysurprise no ketchup at all.. the fries stale and cold.. nasty. These guys are tricking people with the drinks. First they tell you if you order a combo with a small drink they tell you that... they don?t have small cups and if it?s ok to get a big cup because that?s all they have. And they have been doing this allmonth. Then they charge you an extra.34 cents for the large drink. What? I thought any size drinks cost $1 dollar? And like ifit?s our fault they don?t have small cups. Imagine.34 cents in the long run for each combo ordered every day for the past monthand still robbing people in times like these. The food is what it?s supposed to be. The drive thru line is incredibly large. The prices DO NOT MATCH. Large drink is $1,... however I was charged 1.69? I could careless for 69 cents but then that?s a ripoff. Read more
Food was good but service was not. Even there self-service machines don't work.
Something is wrong at this location. The tables and drink area are always dirty or missing items. I tried to order a Big Mac... combo at the counter and it came out to $8 even though it was Wednesday? I even checked the app and a Big Mac combo is $7regular priced so I?m not sure if the cashier was adding a Ronald McDonald donation. Burgers had light sauce and the fries werecold, it is worth the time to any other location. Read more
