Drive Thru line was super long. I thought I would have faster service getting off since there was no one waiting to order. I was... literally just standing there in front of the register for 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Manager kept walkingaround giving orders to everyone else and never even looked my way to place my order. This place is NOT the same with newmanagement they put here. Everything was just very sloppy. Worst Mcdonalds of all, I live close by so I go there but its always a problem. They always mess up the order and when you tell... them they have a horrible attitude, tonight it took them a while to come up to me and ask me what I needed even though there wasno other customers. A total of 3 employees looked at me without acknowledging me and turned away. Manager was walking by, shelooked up and walked away. When the lady finally asks me I tell I placed a mobile order under my name and instead of picking itup drive thru I was picking it up inside. I go outside to my car to wait, I go back in 20 MINUTES LATER and my order is stillnot ready because she didn't ring it in. She went to work drive thru and didn't even say anything, so now I wait 10 moreminutes. Their attitude is HORRIBLE, im sorry but if they dislike working there they should look for something else, becauseeverytime I go they manage to send me in a bad mood. Read more
Ordered 4 orders of 10 piece nuggets with a McDouble cheeseburger and at first they handed me 1 order of nuggets and 1 double... cheeseburger with 3 fries but when I asked about my other missing orders they handed me 2 leaving one out. We waited in a long line at the drive thru and when we made it to order at 9:59pm they let us know they were closed .
