Rude employees in the morning. Paid for my order through mobile app for take out and door to lobby was open. Long line in drive... thru and was told the lobby was closed to go through the drive thru. Hell NO! Im never coming to this McDonalds again. And Inever picked up my order. Ive gone to Mcdonalds all around the State of Texas and this by far was the worst. Don?t recommend curbside at this particular location. Drive thru traffic gets you stuck for a while til someone feels like... letting you past. Quick service though, only lost one star cause of that. Read more

The fountain drinks were watered down too much you could barely taste the coke, all flavors were the same. Didnt recieve ketchup... with my order so i went to ask for some packets and they all were covered in dried up ketchup..so gross... Read more

What's there to say that isn't already known. They sound rude when taking orders. I asked for extra buffalo sauce at the speaker... on two occasions. The first they left it out I didn't bother going back. The second time they gave me a big eye roll and parkedme on the sauces, weird. I asked for a quarter pounder that had a stale bun. We all know if we go to McDonald's we will get mehfood. Read more

Very poor service. 3 time this month. Manager told her employees if they didn't like whater they where talking about that they... could walk out. That's not the way to treat your employees. Plus the food they gave me looked like they didn't care how theydid my meals. Wish I can post pics. Read more

It's 7:45 am and the drive thru lanes are closed. Drive up to the windows only to be ignored by staff. No signs on the windows,... just indifference from the employees inside. Bad customer service! Read more

Unfortunately I had a bad experience today. I cannot comment on the interior of the place since I have not been in there. But on... the drive thru personnel need more training regarding the mobile codes. The person in the first window charged me a rewardsorder that I placed thru the app and he did not know that I placed a mobile order. So one of the ladies was acting up saying tome that I needed to provide a 4 number code wish I replied ma'am I gave you a mobile code wish is made of 2 letters and 2numbers and she was saying there was no such thing and I said ma'am I been ordering everyday for the last few months and yousaying am wrong. McDonald's needs to improve the way mobile orders and codes are used until they fix this issue and teach theiremployees to be respectful I won't change the rating. Read more

Super bad service and the food looked like trash..
