The pizza was cold, one of the pizzas was not delivered we had to wait to get it and once we received it it was not thin and... crispy but soft and burned. The manager never apologized for our inconvenience. Very disappointed with the order. Thedelivery person was very pleasant. Read more
My large thin crust was soggy and neither the crust or bread were crispy. My pizza was also flipped so some of the slices areas... had nothing but the bread because the toppings, including the sauce were either on the box, or on a different slice. Read more

I'm currently in the hospital recovering from covid. I called and placed an order before opening hours for the nurses here. ... Dave (manager) took my call & order. I ordered for delivery and it took longer than the anticipated time. The food arrived, and the driver was hesitant to go home... already and saying he needs to eat. I?m like ?Okay??. I opened the Pizza and I specifically asked for the crust to have garlicand herbs but instead it?s bland crust. The wings were wrapped in a bag. I opened it and the box was crushed and there werejuices overflowing in the plastic bag...It makes me wonder how it got beat up in the first place. I have to caveat that this five star review has less to do with great food (it's rare I give five stars to pizza, anywhere!)... than with how the management and drivers handled a mistake in our food order. I had ordered online, via the website, and gave avery detailed special instruction about preparation of the food. The pizza order did arrive on time (a plus), yet was notprepared per my request (which wasn't an exotic one). I called the store, the manager answered. Without a blink, she respondedthat a new order would be made. I won't bother going into further detail, only just to say this proved to be a "comedy oferrors" misadventure, which the drivers and manager handled with grace and professionalism. Eventually, the food order wascorrectly delivered and my family fed! The important takeaway: I cannot speak for other store locations, though this storeplainly has an excellent manager who has trained her staff well regarding customer service. This ability to manage any kind ofdisruption in delivering a product while remaining calm and providing the customer with otherwise excellent service is...golden. Kudos to this team! I'll be ordering from your store again, and recommending you to my friends and colleagues. Read more
