Customer Service was below average from host. I waited close to a minute in front of the host for him to even acknowledge me.... Wait times to get your food are longer than usual. We ordered cesar salad and unlimited shrimp special. The salad was ok, notimpressed. The shrimp was really good, all the versions were delicious. However, be ready to wait more than 10 minutes betweeneach version. Waiter was really nice, but didn't seem to have much experience. He kept forgetting things and had no tableetiquette. The Monday Endless shrimp was okay, much pricier now, the shrimp skewers were tasty, everything else was okay, they had more... options on this visit. Their new Argentine red shrimp was tasty, also the parmesan bacon shrimp scampi. The server wasfriendly but not very attentive, she never offered a drink refill or biscuits refill. Very poor service. Regular customers for endless shrimp. Our waiter had a table of 8 or 10 people. He prioritized that table at... expense of all small tables. We only received the initial 2 selections. Waited 20 toc30 mins by the time he came around to givethe third single selection. Had to call 2 different other servers to tell our waiter we needed our tab. No apologies fr. Waiterand very poor Mgr. On date. Never made visible to address any concerns . Everything was delicious as always. He had 3 separate plates all came with the right flavour and temperature. We ask for the... butter and cream of the baked potato on the side, and it came out very nicely put. They didn't have thousands island dressing atthe moment. The staff was quick and very polite. The missing star is because we ask for two drinks and they didnt have themixers, the waiter mentioned it is a new item and the mixer hasnt arrive, so, we missed out on the Hurricane drink. My oh my, has it been a long time since I've been here. Always good food at Red Lobster. Wednesday's Daily Deal is Steak and... Lobster. I paired it with Lobster Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans. For an app I got Lobster Artichoke Dip and Lobsterita. Read more
Eh, the broccoli had a weird taste. The lobster, well not as good as I remember. The shrimp was tiny. Seemed pricey for the... quality of food.
