Went with some girl friends this past weekend and the food was so disappointing. Ordered an Alfredo pasta with shrimp.... Considering how fancy this place looks like online I thought my foods presentation would have been more appealing but it wasn't.Pasta was DRY! They added maybe 4 pieces of shrimp (which they charged me an extra $5!). The presentation of the pasta was justbad and the sauce basically tasted like a ragu sauce. The bread was dry as well. Ist time here. Loved it!! Service was exceptional. Ernie was our server. He was awesome. He would always appear out of nowhere... to see if we needed refills or to see if we needed anything at the perfect times. The bread was really good and my plate wasfantastic. Food was the way I wanted it. The chef was able to provide my request. I ordered the pasta the way I wanted. Thin spaghetti... pasta with Alfredo, fresh spinach,roasted garlic,roasted mushrooms, and grilled chicken. Ordered House Salad and the bread wasjust perfect. Our Server Albert was great. Excellent service excellent food every time we go. I ordered the spinach artichoke dip, the pepperoni pizza and a custom pasta... plate. Its fresh and crisp ingredients. We got the truffle fries and those were every underwhelming. Joe was an excellentservice and had the best up keep to our table. Easy to talk to and got us everything we asked for. Read more

When we thought of coming in to dine at Macaroni Grill, the first thing on our minds was the customer service from our previous... visit. We were hoping that we received Xenia, our previous server, as tonight?s server. She is amazing!
