Horrible service. Asked for the stuffed jalapenos and when I received them, waiter said they do not come with cheese, yet it is... on the menu. Asked the manager to remove the item from ticket and he said the upper manager said no. He said the 1lb ofbrisket is mixed with 1/2lb of cheese and Put into the bombers. There\'s is no way in hell that 1lb of bristet fits into 5small bombers. They were shared amongst 2 others and there was zero cheese in them. Took apart the other 2 and showed themanager and, not in these words, but said it was a hit or miss on the cheese. REALLY!!!! Read more
Went here for the 1st time today. We had already visited the location in Pharr. We ordered the 2 meat special. The spare ribs... were my absolute favorite. They were amazing. They were well seasoned and basted with great tasting sauce. I COULDN\'T GETENOUGH OF THEM. Their BBQ sauces are very good as well. My favorite one is the spicy one, while my wife prefers the sweet sauce.The entire staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back again and again. Especially for the spare ribs! Read more

First time at this new location and it?s amazing! ???? Came at 11:30am and they didn?t have smoked turkey yet but the pulled... pork was perfect. You never see table service at bbq places but Raul was the best server! Coming back tomorrow! Read more
I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately, was not the case. The person charging us got 2 items wrong in our order,... and had his back towards us for most ordering and was very focus on talking to his coworkers. His other coworker, Raul(recognized from previous reviews) was great and very helpful. Then, all of our food was lukewarm at best. Do agree with aprevious review, our bbq was dry as well. I\'m giving 2 stars, one for Raul and the other because the building/ambiance isgreat. Hopefully, the appropriate improvements are made for future customers. Read more
Location is great, and the ambience is very welcoming. Great outdoor seating to watch a game.\nFood? Dry for BBQ. I?m hoping... it?s a learning curve as they?re opening, but I?ve always enjoyed Smoking Moon more for their ambience than their food. Read more

Horrible experience at this location. Sarcastic employee did nothing but laugh when we\'d ask questions and made comments about... our service. Cold food that he mentioned was going to get microwaved for us even after that food was still cold and whenordering drinks dirty glasses to serve our drinks in. It was disgusting there was film on the rim of the glass. Never dinning atthis location again. Read more
