We paid 36.98 for 2 coffees and 2 treats, after the cashier made a mistake she refound my money in my friends account, then she... ask for 3.97 in my friends gift card and then she ask for 14 something and my friend paid from his debit card. What a nightmare!Never again at this store. Read more

I just had the worst experience here, it used to be my fav starbies, but the guy at the drive-thru was so rude, since the... beginning his tone was just rude, if he hates his job he should just quit, It was not the typical friendly voice that meets usat Starbucks, usually everybody is just so happy. Then I asked for the whipped cream at the bottom of my drink (it might not bea big deal but it is to me, I hate the whipped on top, I just can?t drink it) , and I know it floats but that?s how I like it,anyway the guy put the whipped cream on top so I told him I had asked for it at the bottom he was so rude telling me that it wasalready the 3rd time trying to do it like that, saying that he wasn?t gonna be wasting his time on that and it wouldn?t stay,but it was so perfect sitting on top so I knew he hadn?t even tried, he put it on top, I know my drink and I know how it lookswhen it goes up Read more

So we went in looking for a restroom for my daughter and the lady that I asked very nicely told me I "could go into any... Starbucks at any time no questions asked" she was very kind. And shout out to Ashley for giving my daughter a free small drinkfor being potty trained!?? I loved it here I will continue to stop at this location just because the people were very kind. Andbonus the restrooms were clean! It made my daughter's experience so memorable for the cleanliness and they actually hadsoap,napkins,and potty liners,over all great experience! Thanks guys!
