Ordered 2 subs but the card machine wasn't taking my gift card, even though I had just checked the balance not even 15 minutes... before. The employees were very polite and patient with me as we worked to get the issue resolved. Their service and patienceis definitely worth a 5 star review as good customer service is hard to find nowadays!! (and the subs had all of the correcttoppings and tasted great) Read more

Went by drive thru last night, placed my order. The bread was over toasted(crunchy), the onions were soooo strong they stung my... tongue, missing the jalapeños and banana peppers. I asked for a sweet tea, was told they didn?t have any, I chose a coke. Thecoke was very flat. Drove around and asked if I could change out my drink, what do you know, they had sweet tea! I have hadsimilar experiences like this one with this particular Subway(Zinnia). I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt and keepgoing back. I have talked to the manager before, they want to fix the problem it?s a free meal. Not everyone is looking to takeadvantage of the system! Get it right and fix the solution instead of offering free meals. Give ppl what they paid for! It?sthat simple. Apologize to the customer, get your workers together and make it happen! The cashier didn?t know how to use the APP QR Code Scanned for points and called the manager. Then, I used a coupon and manager... didn?t want to let me use it bc I had used the QR Scanner. I always do both no problem. After standing my ground she gave in. Ohand my sandwich came out burned. I ordered toasted not burned ( I posted pictures of it under photos) I don?t even think themanager trained her employees well. Hopefully this review helps them improve. Read more
