Twice I've gone and the place is locked up when it should be open. I literally just called to make sure they were open. The guy... answers with a casual hello like it was his personal phone and I asked if they had dine-in. He said they were open. I show up 15minutes later and the lights are on but the doors are locked. Read more

COULD YOU PLEASE LOWER THE VOLUME ON YOUR SELF-ORDER KIOSK IN YOUR DRIVE THRU?! It's obnoxiously loud. I've mentioned it before... to the cashiers but it doesn't seem to have changed. I've been to other subways where the volume is loud without beingoverbearing (Subway on Trenton and McColl, next to Burger King). Other than that, the service and food are pretty good but ifyou don't like having the kiosk scream at you with every press of a button, I'd recommend another Subway location (Trenton andMcColl for instance). Waited in drivethru for nearly 45 mins, took 20 mins to make half of our order , they didn?t make the 3rd sandwich, waited 20... more mins for the 3rd sandwich. Makes no sense at all. Read more

Came to this location on a Tuesday around 7:30PM. They were already out of soup, the bread was not fresh (it was actually kind... of stale). The 2 employees were just mediocre. The drink fixing area was not the best. There was some kind of liquid under thelids. I was very disappointed. Read more

This is my go to Subway because the employees are aways very nice . The only thing I don't like is that I feel bad for the... employees that close because it's one person taking all the in store, online, drive-thru and phone orders. I have learned to bepatient when they take long and I encourage everyone to do the same. Have a heart Read more

Well, the subway sandwich was great! Now the wait was not. One employee, one employee only! Line inside was very long. Line in... drive thru very long. Online orders coming in as well, and owners put one employee. So very sad. Waited only because we feltsorry for employee. Customers were leaving from inside and from drive thru. So food gets five stars, but one star for howowners treat employees. Read more
