One of the worst experiences in some time ordering from here or any restaurant I feel as if my business is not wanted.I left... with a taco and no receipt upset because they let me know the order was being prepared so I waited. Some time passed my orderwas trough a mobile app so I had no order number. I just wanted my mango freeze and my free taco the representative that hadjust arrived stated he didn?t know anything about the order and tossed my items with my taco and just placed a cup on thecounter I left the cup I didn?t get a name but I remember who they where and I have the time this happened I didn?t see a nametag but that is not how customers should be treated. And he not only once but twice slammed the cup on the counter I need thethe district manager to contact in order to find a resolution I will make a formal complaint and will escalate this to whereever I have to so others are not treated like this Read more
