Called 2 times and got hung on both times. By Yaritza apparently! So I went and ordered online. My order was ready an hour... later but they still messed it up once again. When they don't forget my fries they forget my ranch or veggies etc. To bad thisis the closest location to me. Manager is aware of it but apparently it is still happening. Maybe next time I'll escalate itto corporate. Read more
Ok so I ordered the garlic parmesan wings. I ended up w buffalo. So i returned them, and although the waiter was extremely nice... about it, im guessing the cook staff was not. I got the same wings sprinkled w parmesan cheese. They were terrible. I then tooka chance and returned them again! Manager and waiter was nice about it. By the time i got the right order, we were ready toleave so i just took em home. Fried pickles ended up being my dinner. N those were pretty salty as well. Good ambiance forwatching the playoffs. Very Good Food and Service. They never disappoint. Will definitely be back.
Came here cause the sharyland location was not good anymore. After ordering some drinks, waitress left and didn?t come back for... more than ten minutes. Bartender didn?t know what an AMF drink was either. After 30 minutes we got our appetizer, then afteranother 15 minutes our food arrived warm. After taking a bite we all noticed the chicken was dry and over fried. Waitress comesback to tell us that our potato wages had to be put back to heat up cause they got cold while waiting. Over all food was bad,service was horrible. Another location loosing clients. Read more

Order to go 20 wings and buffalo nacho. The buffalo nachos were cold the 20 wings were dry with no sauce on them so I called and... they said they would replace my 20 wings after a long argument with a manager because I threaten to call corporate. Went backapproximately two weeks later to pick up my 20 wings decided to give them another chance and ordered 20 more wings plus paidextra for ranch. I had to wait there for them to approve the credit for the 20 wings on the ticket even though I had alreadygiven them the info on the phone so meanwhile all 40 got cold. Once home pulled out the order only to find that all the wingswere not only cold but way over cooked (hard and dry), sparsely sauced, no ranch, and no celery (gotta have my veg)! When Icalled to let them no that once again they had messed up my order the lady who answered was rude?then came back on the line tolet me no that the manager was too busy to talk to me and would call me later?2 hours later still no call back.
