I just left here and let me tell you? this is the WORST place to get wings. My experience was awful? the food was awful. We sat... down at 12:30 and ordered about 12:45. There was literally a handful of people there and we got our food about 1:15. Our frieswere COLD and soggy ? literally tasted like it?s been sitting there all day. My mom ordered a ?fish basket? for $13.99 and shedidn?t even have her coleslaw that was suppose to come with. It only came with ONE SMALL super thin Fish. My fried pickles weresoggy as heck. Poor staff. A little kid threw up at the entrance and the guy working didn't even disinfect where he had the accident. 2nd of... all, they made us wait in the table when it was completely dirty with no one cleaning it. Left immediately. Read more

Placed an order for our office team. Missing items and the girl we called let us know that celery and carrots are free so it's... common practice to forget to include them, even though the receipt has celery listed and we called to make sure of thisbeforehand. I find it hard to believe that any business gives away anything for "free". I was under the impression it was partof the meal. Anyway, this isn't the basis for my review. Called in to let the Manager know of what was communicated. I was toldby Zeke that his Manager stated that "she was busy and that if I wanted to talk to her to call back in 30 min". (Side note, Iheard this kid calling the Manager while he placed my call on hold. "Im not sure what she wanted""No she wants to talk toManager" to only come back to my call with "Hello ma'am, shes busy but how can I help you?"........way to deflect a situationonto a server/host, i hope he gets compensated as well for the extra work he shouldnt be doing.....great managerialpractices)....Management 101, I would expect THEM to care enough to take my info and contact me. I didn't know I had to put inthe work to have my concerns heard. Anywho called back 30 min later like I was instructed to, and asked for Sophia the Manager."Sophia" came to the phone and I let her know about the issues, which she did let me know that celery and carrots sometimesweren't available that's why I didn't get them. First time visiting and a great experience. Our server, Gresia, was attentive to us. The appetizer was amazing and the food even... better. Our kids are very picky when it comes to food, especially our 2nd oldest. And he was amazed by his food. I love love love the wings from here but today I was really looking forward to the cheese sticks so I ordered some wings and... cheese ticks today and thought I?d pick them up to go since the website says they offer curbside. I got there and there was nocurbside...no big deal. Got my food and got home bit into my first cheesestick and It had no cheese. I was like ok. No problem.Usually one out of the bunch doesn?t have cheese. It happens. Then I go the other one and guess what? No cheese. Got the lastone cuz there were only three in the sampler and it had no cheese. So all I got were sticks. Wings were great and so was thesalad and onion rings.
