This Wing stop is fabulous. We ordered to go but our apt was being sprayed for bugs. So I asked if we could just eat in. The... cashier was so kind she said yes of course. She?s stated ?I understand I live in apartments too.? We sat down and she broughtout our online order in a bag with plates, cutlery and cups in her hand. I thought how kind was it that she brought our orderstraight to our table including table ware and the cups. I asked her for extra napkins. Instead of showing me where the napkindispenser was she went and grabbed some napkins for us. My husband said this was the best service we have ever had in a longtime at any restaurant. She wasn?t rushed and had a great positive attitude. You see my husband is ill and always has hisservice dog ????????? - 70 lb lab- with him. And recently he?s been discriminated against at other eating establishments. So wenever know how he is going to be Accepted. Sometimes they seat us in the back of the establishment or almost always in patioseating. This Wing stop didn?t question him at all. They were proud to be serving a veteran and his companion. The cook evencame out and asked if everything was okay. We were surprised on how everyone was so kind and the food was excellent. Food is always good with good staff. Never had an order wrong here. Only thing that I would say is that the wait for your order... is typically around 20 minutes, but that's to be expected, and it always comes out tasty. Read more
Terrible service. I understood they were very busy when I went in however the cashier said the wait would be around 20-25... minutes (I order 5 peice tenders with vegies). I didn't mind the wait but after 30 minutes I kindly asked the cashier if myorder was ready, since it wasn't she said it would be just a little while longer. So after an hour of placing the order itfinally came out, I never check my bags if the food was correct but I decided that it was a long wait and I didn't want anythingwrong with my order. After checking my food it looked terrible and above all it was cold. I asked to talk with a manager andasked for a refund which she was quick to do. Experience was terrible. Girls in the front had a bad attitude. Waited so long for my food that I asked for a refund and... left. We visited the location September 1 , 2022 at 8pm. Various customers were complaining. The location looked understaffedand unorganized. Read more
I went in on Thursday and received great customer service from the cashier Belinda. She was super sweet and even recommended the... Hawaiian and Korean sauces for our wings and I do not regret getting them. She even offered us to do a survey to get free rollswhich I had never even heard of. Who doesn?t want free rolls??
