This was my second time here. Both times I went I was greeted by very pleasant employees. I highly recommend this Subway.
We stopped at Subway in McBain on Wednesday night the 19th for subs on our way north. The lady who waited on us was awesome. She... was courteous, efficient and got our order right the first time. Kudos to Subway for having such a great employee. She would bean asset to any company. I heard the other worker refer to her as Cheryl. Ive had some good subs from here, but lately its been awful. I went today and the eldest lady, sheryl, made our subs. my... boyfriend called them "garbage". which i agree. she packed our subs awfully with the food and the after paperwrap. Last time wewent there she was telling the younger girls to work the register while she made sandwiches and the younger girls always makethem so much better. when she did that that day, she dropped a sanwich right after. today there was like no veggies. what therewas of didnt look too good.... I used my app to place my order, the app let me know that my order had been completed. I went there 25 minutes later to find my... order hadn't even been started and I would have to wait for them to wait on three people before they started my order. I saw awoman in the backroom who never came out to see if these two girls needed help. WTH? The one girl apologized, but it cut over 20minutes into my lunch break. Can?t get the order right. Ordered a sandwich with 2 items on it. Got home 15 minutes away and they added lettuce and tomato.... Not on the order!!! Can?t be eaten as person is allergic to tomato!! Tried to call to ask them to make another but they are toolazy to even answer the phone and I shouldn?t have to pay for the sandwich twice to get 1 edible sandwich. I tried calling 7times. Also ordered a steak and cheese wrap and only got half the meat! Was barely an inch thick and I order the same thingevery week at evart subway. Read more
There was only 1 guy working and he kept up with all the sandwich orders. Very nice guy. The pro bowl was awesome. I'll... definitely be going there again! Read more
