Today is November 11th 2022 . Stopped on our way home to get the 2 for $6 . Ask for mayo,ketchup and onions. They made it wrong.... So my boyfriend went inside to get it done the way I wanted it. He gets in the car and we start to leave. It is now Dark and Ilook at my burger and think it's okay. When I get home and look at it. It is loaded with mustard, ketchup. No mayo or onions.Try to call Them and their Phone is disconnected. So the chesseburger is in my refrigerator. I will take it back tomorrow. Theywere not that busy. They all want $10 - $15 a hour. Was told they weren't accepting cash. Told me to use the kiosk machine. Well I ordered and found out mayo and lettuce and... everything you can add cost an extra .20¢. Had troubled finding what I wanted on the kiosk. Finally get done and it won'taccept my card. My family and I look back at the register and they're handing change to a woman. So the register had cash. Itwouldn't accept the card or let me re-try so we left. I looked at the man employed there and said well we tried to pay withcash. Read more

I don't know if they don't have the working staff or the older lady just hates her job. but she was rude to me and other... customers while i waited for my food to be corrected. I don't take attitude from anyone. BK got lucky I only decided to writethis. would show my receipt but I didn't get one. If you go here your orders probably gonna be wrong if its more than a combo, ithink they need another inspection as well. Don't blame the other workers, seems to be all the older lady's fault and theyprobably quit because of her attitude. If your rude to customers why are you in customer service? i would rate this lower but itwont let me. normally don't like posting complaints but i didn't have a number to call. worst customer service I've ever had inmy life. Store hours said 11pm but they had the doors locked at 7:50pm? Saw like 6 people eating inside. The minimum you could do is... atleast post your actual hours on the door. Read more

I've been sitting in the same spot in the drive thru 30 minutes. Always like this. Inside is still not open. Come back to... reality like the rest of the world. This place is a joke. I hate to say it but I hope this place closes down soon. Customerservice is obviously not a priority here Read more

Sign on door says open, but the people inside had the door closed at 6pm. I will never return, and this is unacceptable so close... to a truck stop. Whomever owns this place really should look at the reviews and do something about it. They have a seriousproblem. It might be time to change management, and employees. I travel the country and I have not seen a Burger King with a 2star rating. This is absolutely pathetic. I wish I would have checked the reviews before trying. The 1 time I didn't that willteach me.
