The only McDonald's in the "Bessemer" area that I will go to. It's clean. Fast service. The play place is always open. The ice... cream machine works lol Their happy meal toys are always up to date. Almost everytime I stop to get food for me and my children after a doctor's appointment there's always SOME kind of issue. Today... I went through the first drive through lane and attempted to oder. I know the sign said that they are short staffed but taking 4people's orders from the 2nd lane after I originally pulled up and then competing their order and them pulling forward before Ieven got to complete my order was a little ridiculous. I went there for breakfast a few months ago. Today I went for lunch the outcome was the same. The CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SUPERB.... The FOOD IS HOT AND FRESH. AND THEY GOT MY ORDER RIGHT EVERY TIME. Fresh food, friendly and fast service! I ordered in the lobby and headed to the restroom. The restrooms were comfortable and... clean. (I checked both stalls) The toiletries were fully stocked. My food made it out before I did! Just passing through. Elle???? Read more

Stopped by for breakfast and ordered the sausage egg n cheese biscuit and orange juice and it was great. Hot n fresh and after I... ate I wanted to try the strawberry cream pie. Omg they are my newest favorite yummy. It was warm and had so many strawberries???? inside just a really yummy treat. Gotta say the service was great was fast did I mention the food was wonderful. We wereable to dine in. The business was clean it felt safe because of its cleanliness. They have tables to sit at incase a booth won'twork. The play place was open as well and so is the drive thru. I would definitely recommend using the location on EasternValley Road across from mcadory High-school. Read more
If a customer is speaking to you then you take out your airpods and listen! She had the nerve to point at them like a deaf... person would a hearing aid. No customer service from any of the staff. It's obvious the meat has been sitting under a light waypast time and just threw some salt on top. The picture is breaking the edge of the patty off. That's $33 of food wasted becausenone of it was edible and I'm not wasting gas for my complaint to fall on deaf ears. Read more
This has got to be one of the worst ones I've been to, and not just for Bessemer, but everywhere! They never have half the... things you try to order, some machine is always either not working or they are out of stock on ingredients. This place sucksplain and simple, service is horrible.
