The food itself, other than being warm, not hot, was fine. The service was meh. They were nice enough, but seems entirely... disinterested and only provided our drinks after we asked. Also, our food took FOREVER (honestly, we spent almost 30 mins in thedrive thru). I will say that the float freeze was delicious and a great way to enjoy a classic A&W float on the road. Read more
Waited 25 min in line at the drive thru with only one car in front of us and no customers inside and never had our order taken.... Arrived at 6:40, left at 7:05. They close at 7... Were they just waiting us out so they didn't have to take the order? 15 min insomeone came over the speaker and said they'd be right with us. 10 min later no one had come back. The car in front of us hadone person in it and her order still wasn't out when we gave up and left. 30 min detour for absolutely nothing. We drive throughthe area often but we'll never make that mistake again. Save yourself a LOT of time and frustration and keep driving toPocatello. Read more
We should've taken heed to the 2.5 review. ???? Ordered 4 for $6.95 special. (4 tacos), large fry (more like a medium size) and... a crisp burrito (more like a large taquito). Total $15. Absolutely horrendous. Nastiest tacos I have ever seen ortasted. Watery, nasty, soggy tacos. So GROSS!! Could not even eat them. What a waste of $15 bucks. Keep your money. Go somewhereelse. They close before 8pm so I will never know what the food is like. Based off of the other reviews, I don't even think I want to... find out. Luckily, there's a Subway next door which was pretty good. Read more
Went to taco time for dinner this evening and it was not good. I ordered a crisp chicken burrito and the chicken filling was so... over salted that I couldn't even eat half of it. My friend that was with me ordered 2 crisp meat burritos and when he went toeat it, it was a crisp bean burrito in a crisp meat wrapper. Thinking it was just a fluke, he finished it and went for thesecond one. The same thing with the second one. So he paid extra money for the wrong food. Read more
I don't know if it's just ONE person running orders, making the food, AND taking payments in there, but it shouldn't take 30... minutes to even get to the window with THREE vehicles in the drive thru. We finally gave up and left, as did the vehicle behindus. It took 10 minutes to even have somebody ask for our order after we pulled up at the menu box. Pretty disappointed. Thepeople in front of us probably regret already paying, because they now have to wait however much longer to actually get theirfood. I hope the day gets better for whoever is working today....
