After a rough start (what kind of pizza joint doesnt make "custom" pizzas? Really? I had to have an actual argument with them... for them to do something that is actually on their menu). After this, the pizza was actually fantastic. I would visit again, butjust avoid trying to have a reasonable conversation with a cashier that is minus a few IQ points. I am giving this 3 stars because of the price and what you receive $12 for a 6” sub. That is all you get… It was good, but... no 6” sun is that good. I would have ordered a side salad but that’s was $9. The flatbread pizza is $17.50. Service wasgood. Sandwich was tasty. But IMO, overpriced for what I received. Read more
We went there with the Blue Ridge Railway, we chose the restaurant because the variety of the food, however when we got there... they were only serving 30% of their menu. Maybe this was a fluke ????????????! The pizza was good but the bread sticks had somuch burnt ash on the bottom of the crust that it was not edible. So skip the bread sticks, stick to pizza, and hope that theyserve the rest of the menu when you go there. Read more
This place has awesome reviews so we were excited to try it. Unfortunately it seems like they may be dealing with staffing... shortages. We visited on a Friday evening around 7. They were not super busy but the salad bar was neglected with several emptycontainers and not much lettuce. Some menu items weren't available due to the back kitchen being closed. As a tourist to the area, we stopped in on June 16 expecting great local atmosphere. What a disappointment. The eating area was... a mess with 4 dirty tables. Salad bar came pre mixed and was disgusting. I asked for a rag to wipe one down and got ignored fromthe unhappy bartender. Two guys stocked the beer cooler for over hour and service was non existent. 8.3 out of 10 on the One Bite Scale. Absolutely delicious! Not the typical lite pizza you'd expect from a wood fire pizza but it... works. Perfect amount of cheese and sauce combined with a crispy bottom for an awesome pizza. Top 3 in North Georgia for sure. Read more
Really good pizza. Great crust with a fire smoked edge of crust. Portion of cheese was excellent as was taste. Really enjoyed... this place. Nice selection of local craft beers on tap. The outdoor patio overlooking the river is pretty cool. Read more
