Amazing staff! I go there 5 times a week and my food always taste great and they never mess up my order.

This subway in particular has the best staff! They are super considerate of my wife's gluten allergy and have gluten free bread.... She says their gluten free bread is super tasty as well! If you have access to base and want something gluten free and good, gotry their gluten free sub! Read more

This used to be a good little spot. Now they close early and are closed on weekends. I stood in line waiting for about 5-10... minutes, ordered a tuna sandwich, was told they don't have tuna. Then after looking at the menu for about 5 seconds I gotskipped over. Then she asked if I was going to order something else. No, I just like to go to Subway and stare at the menu. Ofcourse I didn't actually say that to her. So then I ordered an oven roasted chicken sandwich and she told me the toaster wasbroken. I've never worked at Subway, but if I'm not mistaken the chicken usually goes in the microwave. So at that point I justleft. I would much rather go to a Subway off base that's open when I need it and well stocked rather than deal with someone whocan't give me what I want and acts like I'm inconveniencing her. Maybe customer service just isn't the right job for you. Read more
