First time here. The salad was amazing. Definitely worth the money.
Loved McAlister's when it first opened however in recent days, maybe since the pandemic, quality has been sacrificed for the... bottom line. At least that's how it seems. The wonderful BLT with tons of bacon and avocado is no more. I ordered a clubsandwich.. it came with lots of bread very little meat and the meat itself was store bought lunch meat. Plus the only sidesavailable are things you do not associate with eating a sandwich... like broccoli. If you want sides that you associate with asandwich, like chips or fruit, you'll have to pay extra. Read more
Food is consistent with all other McAlister's restaurants, so it's good as expected. My only reason for giving them two stars... instead of five was that they would not take a call in order after 9:30, I called at 9:28 and hung up after being told theycouldn't take my order at 9:33. Talk about splitting hairs! It's potato soup LoL LoL LoL, only reason I didn't tell the lazystaff to kick rocks was because my wife was giving birth to our first child soon at the hospital near by and that's what shewanted. So I walked in and placed the same order. Sad these young people are so lazy. I've been eating here two to three timesa week but that's over now. They make great Sweet Tea but the Spud Max was disappointing. It tasted like it had been reheated and was difficult to cut even... with a metal table knife. I ordered my meal to go but it was served at my table on an open plate. Read more
Great place! They pack the sandwiches full of delicious flavors and ingredients and they sate your cravings/ hunger. Hubs and I ... try different items each time and so far, no losers. Highly recommend. Read more
I ordered the veggie sandwich and switched out the spinach for spring mix. All of my ingredients were fresh and the sandwich was... prepared properly and neatly. The employee that assisted me and my husband had a very pleasant demeanor. The restaurant andbathroom were very clean. Read more
We were looking for something good to eat late at night after a ball game. Not only was McAlister's open when we needed them,... the food was great. I recommend. Read more
Food was good especially the soups with the sandwiches. Great Lunch Date with my husband. The Carrot Cake was really good.
