Tried getting food about two months ago. They were out of roast beef. Tried a month ago. They were unable to take cards. Tried... 2 days ago and the guy taking orders began yelling at us to "fu**ing wait". Worst place to get food in mccook. I understand youmight be having a bad day, but to yell at customers and swear is completely unacceptable. Read more
Friendly service, clean restaurant, service with a smile and got food quickly.
If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. They forgot part of my order and left stuff off of my sandwich. Lobby is closed,... not waiting in a line of 10 cars to get it fixed. Read more
A manager that works at the McCook Arbys needs to be fired. It?s absolutely sickening the way he treated an employee. Until said... manager is fired myself and all of my family will not eat at Arbys. Read more
Curly fires were amazing as always. The lady at the window was very courteous. Always good when we go here.
Food is good 75% of the time. anything chicken like the breakfast chicken biscuits the chicken is always so dry, overcooked or... sat in the warmer for way too long it?s like eating chicken jerky. And ordering in the drive through there?s some great peoplethat are always happy and chipper but once in a while I get one that?s pretty dang rude and I say something but the managers saythey heard it and it wasn?t rude at all?. The employees were so kind. The place was clean. Food was great. I ask, if I could try a sample of your chicken nuggets. ... They were so sweet. No problem. I am not a fan of pressed meats.
