Enjoyed a fabulous dinner at the Coppermill bar on our way home to Iowa from Colorado. Lexi, our bartender, made the entire... evening an absolute treat for us. Coppermill is an oasis in the middle of nowhere Nebraska, but offered up big city menu itemsthat were incredibly well prepared. From the dry-aged ribeye to the exotic options on the cocktail menu and the well-trainedstaff, we could not have had a more amazing night after a long, windy ride on the motorcycles. Highly recommend a stop--even ifits out of your way. Keep up the great work! Read more

Pricy but soooo good. I went whole hog and got the Southwest Ribeye plus a couple of cocktails, so I spent a pretty penny, but... they do have good options for a budget. Staff was awesome. If I had one critique about the SW Ribeye, it'd probably be that theseasoning was a bit too strong and hid the flavor of the meat a bit, but it was still delicious. Read more

Staff were super friendly and the menu had a wide choice with some excellent specials. Jalapenos Wrapped in Bacon....Amazing,... Artichoke, Garlic and Parmesan soup, the best soup I have had in the states. The South West steak with a coffee and Chili rub...outstanding. The Peanut butter cheesecake was unreal. What a gem in McCook. Read more

If I don't want to smoke and sear a steak myself this is my favorite spot to go without a doubt, you won't find a better steak... at any restaurant in McCook. The lobster stuffed mushrooms are also to die for. I highly recommend the ribeye or filet Read more

Located behind the Runza, has spacious parking and a secluded vibe. Christina was our waitress for an early dinner. She was... attentive, kind, personable, and understanding of my toddler daughter and her messes. We ordered the calamari appetizer, friedshrimp kids meal, chicken fried steak dinner, and the salmon dinner. Both dinners included the option of house salad, Caesarsalad, or beer cheese soup. The chicken fried steak was a huge top sirloin cut and tasted phenomenal. The bourbon white gravy ontop over mashed potatoes really brought the dish together. My New Hampshire born and raised father said the salmon was the besthe had ever had. We both agreed between the service and kindness of all that staff and the superior quality of food, that thiswas one of the best (if not best) meals we have had in this region of the county. Prices are expected for a higher endsteakhouse. But they directly reflect the portions and high quality of product put out. I cannot begin to rave enough about thisplace! With that being said... The only negative I have, is that there is no changing table in the restroom. Which made it veryhard to change my 14 month old. Other than that everything was spectacular!!!! Read more
