Great working team, well oiled machine! Responsible kind management. Fresh Quality meat and veggies, & a Fun atmosphere! I had... the Unwich because I don?t eat bread, even though it smells good and they make it fresh all day. My choice of lettuce wrap wasthe Italian Night Club, the salami with basil and oregano was a tasty combination. I got the combo and enjoyed their yummy inhouse chips. For the quality and amount of food I got I felt it was reasonably priced. Love the polished new l look! Read more
Love Jimmy Johns! Glad to have one in McCook! It was my 2nd visit to this new location today and I'm pleased as usual!
First of all, I love Jimmy John's and have eaten at dozens of locations across several different states. Second, I understand... this location just opened in the past few weeks. With that said, this visit was an absolute letdown and the worst experience(actually, it would be more appropriate to say it's the only bad visit I have had having eaten at JJs dozens of not hundreds oftimes). It was around 8 pm on Sunday evening when my wife and I went to this JJs, after months of excitement about McCookgetting one. When we pulled up there were 3 vehicles in the drive thru line and one person waiting inside for an order.Otherwise, the place was dead. We waited several minutes before anyone came to take our order, which is fine, one employee wassweeping and it appeared the rest were helping the drive thru customers. I ordered my usual, Italian Night Club with extra Jimmypeppers, and my wife ordered a veggie sandwich without mayo. We waited 15 minutes for our two sandwiches, during which my wifeobserved they had shut down the sandwich making table. Finally, she asked about our sandwiches and we received them a fewminutes later, likely that they had forgotten our order. At that time no one else has come into the restaurant. A 15 minute waitisn't long at all in a restaurant, but it is not exactly freaky fast, especially since the place was dead. The food seemedfresh, however my sandwich didn't have any Jimmy peppers and my wife's sandwich had mayo on it. The receipt was correct, ourorder was just wrong. The food was fine otherwise, but it's Jimmy John's so you know what to expect. We're not in a hurry tocome back to this location, but I will update this review if we have a better experience. Very good food and got through the drive thru in about 15 minutes. Only the second day they have been open and it was about... lunch time. Would definitely recommend this to anyone. Read more
I had never tried Jimmy Johns before and let me tell you I have never had a better experience in fast food. They had my sandwich... to me before I even finished paying. I asked the handsome young man who made my sandwich what his name was and he said Syd. Ifany manager is reading this please give that young man Syd a raise. Very Impressed!!!!!!!!!!! will be coming to this restaurantdaily for my lunch. Read more
I love Jimmy John?s. I?ve always been amazed by how freaky fast they were. Well, until JJ came to McCook. My excitement has been... deteriorated by every order I?ve made. Items forgotten, 30 minute wait time for deliveries (nothing freaky or fast about that.)Today my delivery driver told me to get Subway next time because I told him 30 minutes was a bit excessive for delivery time.
