I was shocked when I pulled up at 745pm and the doors were already locked...the signs clearly state that they were supposed to... be open until 11. Luckily, they have a drive through to get one's carryout, but wow. Read more

Today's buffet was the absolute worst experience I have ever experienced. There were completely burnt pizzas put out when there... was food on it. I arrived at 1130 and met with coworkers, there were the same 2 burnt pizzas on the buffet until 1 when I leftbecause no one wanted to eat them. Thr pasta pans were empty almost the entire time, and the breadsticks were very hard. I askedthe manager if we could get some more pizzas put out and her response was "I'll get to it when I can". I have been coming tothis pizza for years and it has been declining for the past 2 months. There is zero care for the customer at pizza hut now. Thetable next to ours was so mad about the lack of food, they drank their soda paid and left. They didn't even get to eat, becausethere was nothing for almost 20 minutes. I understand there has been management change recently, but that is no excuse fortoday. I truly hope someone will communicate this to the new management, so they can see how their actions and lack of customerservice affect the customers. Read more
The buffet was (and has always been) excellent. The salad bar and the pizza choices were just what I wanted. I prefer pizza with... lots of veggies and no meat - though of course there were plenty of meaty choices too. The salad bar had the variety I love.Though the two women who have been on the wait staff for years are absolutely awesome, and seem like dedicated employees, theyare in urgent need of help, so at this time they're only open limited hours and days. They offer some special benefits, I hopethey get some applicants and are able to stay open. Read more
I took my son there. Ordered at 6pm. Still had no food by 640. All I ordered was mot sticks and a large thing crust cheese... pizza. So I got my son and we left. I won't be going back. The waitress didnt even communicate any issues or let us know anything. Worst experience I've had at a restaurant. Read more
