I always have TJs when I do laundry. I always ask for no lettuce on my tacos. A young trainee missed this today. No big deal.... I wasn't gonna complain. Much better then other fast food taco options, staff is friendly.
Staff were nice and all, but the food wasn't very good. The tater tot things were way too salty- even my salt loving son... couldn't eat them. The churros were delicious! Read more

I was very impressed with the staff. There were seven employees working four on the line one taking calls for drive-thru one... delivering drive-thru and one working register. The drive-thru was out in the street with a line waiting. The dining room wasbusy with me there was three people waiting for an order to go. My wait time was 5 minutes. Food wasn?t hot or fresh and service was awkward and slow. I was the only person in line at the drive thru, so I don?t... understand why my burrito was cold. The oles were lukewarm and rather soggy. The next issue isn?t only about this location, butwhy can?t Taco John?s ever get a curbside order right? I?ve ordered them at least 4 or 5 times: They?re always confused when Iarrive, I?m told they don?t do curbside orders OR they don?t start the order until after I?ve waited a while and asked where myorder was. I kinda get the idea of not starting your order until you arrive, but then why did it take 10 minutes for a burritoand oles, and the food wasn?t hot, and why act all confused when I let them know I was there for my order? Food and service were great, the dining area was dirty. During a lunch rush or dinner rush it would be understandable. However... at 215 in the afternoon it should definitely be cleaner. Otherwise great experience. Read more
