Stopped through late after a long road trip. The drive-thru menu lights were broken. We could barely read the menu and the order... taker was pushy and frustrated because we took too long. We pulled up to pay and as we waited, we witnessed a male workermocking customers about the menu light. Unfortunately- no one had the brains at that establishment to have the order takerannounce it as she took each order. Quick fix for an unfortunate circumstance. Poor management or shift supervisor. Genuinely awful experience. Came through to get a Jr. cheeseburger and cheese fries. The man that took our money was fine, but... the woman working the second window was so incredibly rude. Practically threw our food at us and slammed the window. When weopened the cheese fries there was a long black hair in them, so we came back to get a new order (because good luck ever gettinga refund from this place without a giant hassle). We get to the second window and the same woman scolded us and told us shewouldn?t take the old food back (which we understand with covid and all, but her attitude was disgusting). And this time sheliterally tossed the food at us and slammed the window harder than the first time. Evening crew is usually fine, but the daytimewindow lady is a nightmare. Read more
Friendly, clean place. Our mobile orders were fresh, hot and tasty. We have been there twice as a tourist. Both times greated... with a smile and a welcome to Wendy's. Try those baconator (sp)? fries and or their chili with a burger. For fast food, hard tobeat. Read more
One of the worst places to eat. Under cooked food that takes forever to get to you if the food even gets to you. Orders take... forever and it's completely understaffed. Lately the new thing to do at Wendy's is to hand out ever so slightly greasy foodcontainers in place of actual food... So your order that contains a few packs of chicken nuggets and a sandwich will have asandwich and greasy food containers... Forget fries for get chicken nuggets let's just throw in Greasy containers and call itgood. I'm absolutely disgusted by the service here. Read more
Not thrilled with the level of customer service at this location. After 2 seniors in my party specifically requested senior... while ordering they still didn't ring their senior drinks up on the order. No remorse after half-way offering to make good onthe issue once we sat down and I looked over the receipt. This store needs a true Wendy's trainer/manager to work the staff overon customer service skills!!! Come on guys, get it together! Read more
