You know, I've yet to determine the way of the sub. I know it might be confusing to some people, but I believe it is sub-way.... Important distinctions there. The staff are always friendly. Most of the employees will even put a little bit extra of the vegetables on if you just ask. It... doesn't ever seem to be packed, so there isn't too much of a wait. I've been to some subways where they just skimp out on theingredients and the staff are rude, but luckily I have this subway close to my home now. Recently they got new menus, they arethe same, just reformatted and the black sleek design makes it easier to read. One time we went to get subs for the family andthe lady wouldn't let us get six subs because 'it was a catering order'. She gave up and just made the subs telling us in thefuture we can't do that. Called the store and the manager told us that is not their policy and she'd talk to the lady. Ithasn't happened since. Read more
Was clean. They were friendly and nice. Only bad thing was that we got two kids meals and they didn't have any bags or toys to... go with them unlike all the other Subway's that I have been too. The boys were disappointed. Read more
I visit this location a few times a month and service is good and staff friendly. Restaurant always looks neat and clean. A few... months back due to staffing they were closing earlier than posted hours. For me it wasn't a big deal as I live close. My onlyissue on my last few visits have been the lack of product (meat or tuna) being placed on the sandwich. This was never a problemin the past as they made the sub with a generous amount of meat or tuna. It seems to be a lot of bread and veggies now. I findmyself adding extra when I get home (defeats the purpose of ordering out ) to make it a better sub. It may be due to the sameperson working on these visits but was never a issue before. I may make the drive to the Imperial location as I have gottengood, generously made subs in the past. Read more
