The food is decent not great, portions are small. If you order a baked potato don?t expect to get butter, they have been without... butter for almost a month. The dining room is still not open and the outside lights are never on at dusk. Parking lot is dark.The hours of operation say open until 9:00 pm but that is not always the case. I have pulled up to the drive thru at 8:45 tohear we are closed. Closed on Mondays? I have eaten at a lot of Captain D?s over the years, this one so far is the worst. Read more
The Indian guy whom owns the establishment is rude as hell. I ordered a kids meal with corn.....he said we out of butter for... your corn... So I asked for more vinegar..... He looked at me and said I already gave you two and had the nerves to roll hiseyes and close the window....with this overcooked chicken....81 East ...... Rudeness.... Read more
Good customer service in drive thru. The line wasn't long. I had a 4 piece fish dinner with Mac and cheese and a baked potato... and a bread stick. It was very good and fulfilling enough for my wife and I to share. I just wish there was bigger portions ofthe Mac and cheese! Kudos, Captain D's! Read more
Place has been decent overall. I must say I ordered a family meal a little while back and it didn't taste anything like normal.... It was a different product completely. Not even the same texture. That experience has me skeptical of returning. Read more
Store wasn't even open yet when I pulled up to order. They asked me if 6 minutes wait to cook was ok?? Sure I was shocked they... even answered but it was very fast answer. I ordered waited about 8 minutes but that was great for me. Not a problem when I was30 minutes before opening time to arrive. Horrible customer service! Fussed with me about what I ordered because they didn't get it right. I ordered fish & shrimp. I... just got fish and when I brought it to his attention, he fussed with me that it wasn't what I ordered. He gave me 2 skewers ofshrimp instead of one because of the wait. I got to work, started eating the shrimp and there were 2 shrimp with black hairswrapped around them! Tried to call the restaurant immediately seven times and no answer and no voicemail set up. I decided to make a quick stop to this location. I was in a hurry so I used the drive-thru. The staff were very nice, there... wasn't a long wait. The problem is there was hair in my food. Not just one strain but two strains. They had to see this beforehanding the food out because it was the first thing I noticed when I opened the container. Lunchtime seems to be the best time to come because the wait time is shorter. They would have gotten a 4 star if they offered... drinks with their meals. Everything seems like a money grab nowadays. Read more
