Oh my god their pizza is terrible and the chicken bites I paid $5.40 for must be a joke because what they gave me was just a few... tiny pieces of store bought frozen chicken that was cold and mushy on some sides. Disgusting! I had to contact Seamless torequest a refund because the food was so nasty. The pizza was so tiny for it to be a medium and coming from a place called "NEWYORK STYLE" I can't help but laugh because they are the smallest most pitiful slices of pizza I have ever saw not to mention howflavorless they are. ALL of the food I ordered and the drink went in the trash. I wouldn't even feed it to my dogs. Service is great. The waitress was on point! Pizza was good and really enjoyed the calzone. I wouldn't say it's New York style... pizza but that might be just because I'm from New York I would go again. They have a lot of lunch specials daily. Tuesday isall you can eat spaghetti. Read more
Under the circumstances of COVID we absolutely understand that times are hard and its hard to find staff, so I am hoping that is... why we had the experience we had tonight. We sat outside and we ordered the garlic knots for an appetizer, it took almost 30minutes to get them. I went in to ask if they were coming out soon and the server said yes and then it was still another atleast10 minutes. I think the server forgot and that's okay, everyone makes mistakes, but it is good to inform your customers so theywon't be wondering. Once we received the "garlic knots" they were not garlic knots (see picture) as shown on the menu. If youchanged the menu, inform the customer, so they will be satisfied with their food. When I asked the server if these were theGarlic Knots, she said yes, and I said that's not what the menu looks like and she said they are garlic bites. The other peoplein our party did enjoy them despite it not being what we ordered. I did inform the cashier that checked us out about the"garlic knots." She agreed that the picture and the food that was served is not the same food. She said she would advise theowners; hope she does ???? When we were done eating our pizza, which was okay, not enough flavor ( we ordered the White pizza)we were waiting for the server to come back and check on us get us boxes and give us our check and we waited and waited and shedid not come out so we had to go in to get our check get boxes and to get a to-go cup. Other than that she was nice butdefinitely could have been more attentive and informative throughout the service. Despite everything we still tipped her goodbecause we have been servers in the past and understand mistakes happen. Johnny?s New York Style Pizza didn?t disappoint my daughter. The location was a little further away than we initially intended... to purchase the pizza, but was glad we had it as an option. We would definitely order from there again. Read more
