Last Sunday I went to this location and ordered a family meal. Service was terrible, 44 minutes to get my order. Came home to... find 3 measly pieces of chicken and no biscuits. A $40 meal wasn?t worth $12. Called and made a complaint with KFC and noresponse. Highly recommend NOT going to the 20/81 McDonough location. Each visit in last 6 months has been terrible. Read more
I just left the drive thru at this location. I ordered the 12 piece meal with 3 sides. I also ordered a spicy chicken sandwich.... Guess what? No gravy for the mashed potatoes and I WAS GIVEN A CHICKEN SANDWICH WITH BITES IN IT. SOMEBODY AT THAT LocationBAGGED UP A HALF EATEN SANDWICH. I have to calm down first, but I'm going back today. They are always out of chicken. This must be a franchise location because of the shortage. My meal was $6.89 and the ranch... sauce was bigger than one of the chicken strips. If I would of only ordered the strips alone, it would of been $5.99 plus $1.50for the Nashville hot. So $7.50 for 3 small strips!?!?! I only come here because my son loves the chicken sandwich. I ordered classic chicken sandwich and fries on Monday, labor day. They had no fries. First classic chicken sandwich was cold so... I asked for a hot one. I waited a long time. This very hot mess is what they gave me. What is that stuff on top of the chicken?I have had this sandwich before. The mayo goes on the bottom. I will never eat kfc again, ever. Not great. Stood at the register for a couple minutes as multiple employees walked by without any sort of response. Popcorn... chicken was more bread than chicken and was overcooked. They asked me what I wanted to drink,asked for sweat tea, then had toremind them after I got my food for the drinks. Also,they were out if sweat tea, which would have been nice to know whenordering. I placed a ?Quick pick up? option this evening. Sent my husband to go get it. Close to a $50 dinner. It was supposed to be ready... at 5:20. It?s still not ready because they messed up the order.
