Not a fan at all. The employee did not want to be bothered helping to explain to me. She did not speak clearly and was clearly... annoyed when I asked a question. She was too busy talking with co-workers to assist me. My first brown sugar bubble tea waslike drinking nothing but condensed milk on ice. I may try a different item way down. I have been here 3x and have never been able to get anything. 2x they have been out of ice cream. You are lucky if they greet... you. The look at you like, why are you here? The services is horrible . A bunch of young kids work here. They are anti socialand always out of ice cream. This generation will be replaced by machines one day. They stopped serving good at 8:30pm. Their display cups for their drinks especially the small is different. It make you feel as... though you're getting a smaller cup then what you paid for. It would be best if they sell what's displayed. Read more
Made a quick stop here on our way back to Florida. This is a cute spot. Huge menu with a variety of options and flavors. Coffee,... tea, fraps, smoothies, milkshakes, etc. I had the soursop smoothie with the lychee boba pearls and it was good. There were somany other interesting flavors like taro and dragonfruit. My friends had iced coffee and thought it was too sweet despiteordering it with less sugar. Customer service and price were ok. Read more
Every single location..."we are out of coins" okay. Sure. One maybe two times...but every time? So this time we go and order,... told they are out of the coffee and we got a refund. At purchase we handed them cash and they kept the coin change because "nocoins". Then the refund....no coin change because "no coins"... so you kept the money TWICE, we paid the taxes and you profitthe .75....each time we come. So...are you claiming that as income??? Or are those being totalled out as tips?? Regardless yourkarma for tax purposes are going to bite you. Everyone stop tipping them. They make so much money off of everyone who pays cash.The drinks are always good unless you ask for 25% ice. You get the same exact ice as anyone else. Read more

Great big and vivid menu boards with clear and concise descriptions of many selections of teas, Frappucinnoes, smoothies and... food items of Asian cuisine. Glad we have this in the local McDonough area. I loved the Pecan Shrimp aalong with my Tropicalsmoothie. I will definitely be back. Read more
