my personal order was a porterhouse (t-bone) the largest!, my friends ordered ribeye 12 Oz. We all ordered medium, but we had... to wait for the order for more than an hour and when it arrived all the steaks were more than cooked and cold. I ordered steak for a family of four online for curbside pickup. You sent a text letting me know my order is ready and to text... back. I texted back and waited 5 minutes. No one came out. I texted back again and finally got a reply message. I waited another5 minutes and no one came to curbside to give me my order. I went inside and waited again before someone brought an order outwhich happened to be mines. When I got home I did not have any condiments for my steak, no butter for the rolls, no icing forthe cinnamon rolls, and no utensils to eat with. *UPDATE* Mark (manager) immediately called me & made this right! I truly appreciate his honest concern for the situation &... customer service in handling this... This truly meant a lot! Thank You Sir!! Before I start, let me say; I really really wantedto like this Logan?s. The waiter was a very nice young man. Now let?s talk about the food? We ordered the Fried Mushrooms; wesent them back. They were so oily & soggy (as if they were fried in warm grease vs hot). My wife ordered the Surf & Turf; thecrab cakes were the same texture of the mushrooms, very oily & soggy. Her shrimp were extremely over cooked & rubbery. The rollswere good & hot. I ordered the 12oz sirloin Medium well, it was cooked Well Done. No pink whatsoever (I?ll post pics) and mybaked potato was not done. I was extremely disappointed. And to top it off the waiter automatically upgraded my wife to a 8ozsteak without asking & charged us an additional $8! He did correct the ticket, but I did not like that whatsoever! The shrimp on the stick was serve cold. The pulled pork was heated on the microwave. Just ain't good at all. Never coming back... for sho!!! Update: The server did give me a discount.
