I ordered steak for a family of four online for curbside pickup. You sent a text letting me know my order is ready and to text... back. I texted back and waited 5 minutes. No one came out. I texted back again and finally got a reply message. I waited another5 minutes and no one came to curbside to give me my order. I went inside and waited again before someone brought an order outwhich happened to be mines. When I got home I did not have any condiments for my steak, no butter for the rolls, no icing forthe cinnamon rolls, and no utensils to eat with. *UPDATE* Mark (manager) immediately called me & made this right! I truly appreciate his honest concern for the situation &... customer service in handling this... This truly meant a lot! Thank You Sir!! Before I start, let me say; I really really wantedto like this Logan?s. The waiter was a very nice young man. Now let?s talk about the food? We ordered the Fried Mushrooms; wesent them back. They were so oily & soggy (as if they were fried in warm grease vs hot). My wife ordered the Surf & Turf; thecrab cakes were the same texture of the mushrooms, very oily & soggy. Her shrimp were extremely over cooked & rubbery. The rollswere good & hot. I ordered the 12oz sirloin Medium well, it was cooked Well Done. No pink whatsoever (I?ll post pics) and mybaked potato was not done. I was extremely disappointed. And to top it off the waiter automatically upgraded my wife to a 8ozsteak without asking & charged us an additional $8! He did correct the ticket, but I did not like that whatsoever! You shouldalways ASK, never assume your customer wants to upgrade without asking! Overall definitely not the experience I wantedconsidering I?ve always had good food & the one in the Macon/WR area. Save Money! Eat elsewhere! Rolls are almost raw. Hostess is unable to seat people bc not enough help. I waited over an hr to get... food. The burger was something you serve the inlaws you hate. Getting refills is impossible. Read more
What in the cross-contamination is in my salt? RICE. Why? ???? What's on my SECOND burger after the first one looked smashed?... Nothing. Should there be? Yes. Why is 1 steak uncooked and heavily bleeding, the other overcooked, the shrimp still frozen, thebroccoli the most timely item to receive, and the service slow 3 hours before closing in an empty restaurant? Why did we wait anhour to be seated, to wait another hour to receive a portion of our meals, which were cold and unseasoned upon arrival? All thereasons to not return; a waste of time and money. This my second trip in 2 weeks to Logan?s. The food came much quicker than last . The butter hot rolls were so so good and... delicious ???? I fully recommend anyone looking for a good steak to come here . I love the ribeye steak medium! They cooked itperfectly. Read more
The shrimp on the stick was serve cold. The pulled pork was heated on the microwave. Just ain't good at all. Never coming back... for sho!!! Update: The server did give me a discount. That very nice of her. So it's now 3 stars. Bcoz of that server. Butreally the food was not good. Maybe it's better to get a burger in sonic. Just sayin.. Read more
