By far the absolute worse McDonald's I have encountered in a long time and that's saying a hell of a lot. The cooks were playing... instead of cooking. People were sitting around waiting for food. The drive thru was back up and no one was at the drive thruwindow being served. If this a franchise its poor. If its corporate, you need to audit!! ATTENTION WHERE HAS CUSTOMER SERVICE GONE. Went in for just a iced coffee. WAS NOT ACKNOWLEDGED BY ANYONE. Yes they had the... self service machines. But I wanted to speak with the cashier.. When she indicated instruction to use the machine ND advisedthat no one was upfront to assist and that they were to busy to assist/ speak to everyone. Probably the best McDonald's in McDonough, food wise. They need to work on getting orders correct at the window. Some of those... cashier's act like they're slow for some reason, It's not a hard job, trust me, I've done it. Also, they need to work on theircoffee making skills. I see why most people go across the street for coffee at Dunkin' Donuts. Read more
I am assuming this location is still short staffed. They close the dinning room sometimes as early as 7pm and the drive thru is... always a long wait. The fries are hot but dark in color and stale on most visits. If my grandkids didn't love the box and toyshere we would never stop. They need to focus on staffing and making sure the employees are taken care of so the food and servicewould be much better quality. Read more
The longest wait ever I been in line for 45 minutes. If I didn?t order my food already through the app I would pull off. They... are only taking orders in one lane while the other lane is just waiting. The cashier was very helpful at the window. Although being asked to pull forward, which is expected at McDonald?s these days,... she was kind and super helpful in getting me my essentials. However, the manger on duty ( June 26th at 6:00) was very rude andhad a nasty attitude when I asked her assistance in helping me understand my ticket. The food was fresh. Read more
They finally sell burritos here. Nobody was able to help me at the counter when I came in to try to order. It was faster to just... use the kiosk on my own. Their burrito meal is way cheaper here than anywhere else I can say that. Read more
