I used to love Moes, but I?ve been to this location about 5-6 times, and EVERY TIME the food quality and customer service was... awful. The chicken was stringy/over cooked, they skimped out on quantity even though I paid for the extra quantity, and theywere extremely rude and acted like customers were a burden to them. Also, their plastic bags are not branded. Their food isserved out of plain white styrofoam containers, and I?ve never seen this at other locations. It seems like franchise ruleviolation. I'm going to start with the staff at this location was great and the only reason I left happy today. The decision to make Moe's... Monday digital only and you have to have the app and coupons was a poor one. I already have too many apps and digital BS to keeptrack of, when it comes to burrito places Moses lower on my list in terms of quality and taste the only reason I've been goingthere for 10 years is because it's cost-effective but if I have to jump through hoops to make that the case then it is verylikely I will find a new place to eat on Monday. I hope this works out for you Moe's, but I don't have time to play games withapps and you're not good enough without the discount so good luck with your new strategy. Read more
Decent location but it feels like 2020 in here. Some of the tables are still covered and the salsa bar ( which is the best part... of Moe's) is STILL closed. Come on guys, the pandemic has long been over. Read more
There is a VERY rude young lady that works here! She is the Hispanic that actually fixes the food. After I ordered online and... picked up, I asked for and PAID for an extra cup of rice. In the midst of her honoring that purchase, she begins speaking inSpanish (when she spoken English fluently any other visit) complaining about fixing the rice. This best Moes location I?ve ever eaten at and I eat them quite often everywhere as I?m a truck driver. 5 stars. Just for... anybody wondering, the Stockbridge location is also good. McDonough is better tho. STAY AWAY FROM THE ONE IN LOCUST GROVE. Read more
Staff was incredibly nice but very quickly became overwhelmed. They forgot the bowl of queso and when I went back they gave me a... cup instead of a bowl. But didn?t realize until I was already home. The food was great but my last visit was irritating. Theircard reader is also really sensitive and doesn?t work if your chip is even slightly worn out. Read more
Clean, friendly service...most Moe's have the sauces out where everyone serves themselves but this Moe's has them by the... register pre-filled which I personally like better!! Only hiccup we had was my banked rewards, they couldn't scan my QR codetherefore it showed as redeemed. I know next time to not redeem before entering the restaurant with the code ready for them toscan since they use the phone number instead. They gave us a discount as a result and said our point would still be available onthe app after a while. Great customer service...We will definitely go back. And The food was delicious!!
