I hate the add to the terrible reviews but this location deserves it ????. Let me preface this by saying that I really don?t... understand why these employees are always so unhappy and unmotivated to do right. Panda Express has one of the BEST growthstructures and is one of the higher paying fast food restaurants. Google reviews aren?t enough. People HAVE to start using theactual company?s websites to place reviews both good and bad. That way it goes straight to corporate and hopefully changehappens. I received a meal from here that barely had food in it after waiting forever in drive-thru! I took it back and askedthem if that was usually how much food they gave. Because there was no way the amount of food I had was for a full grown adult.They person in the window was reluctant to give me more food but ended up giving me the extra in a tiny box. No apologies forthe wait or anything. Another time I went here, the food was cold and soggy ????. Let me also add that I?m a Dasher. When Ipick up food for customers the staff always has an attitude and move really slowly! For the teriyaki chicken they do NOT put allthe chicken in the box. They leave it on the cutting board ?!?? The manager was not customer service oriented. He pushed me along the line because he was trying to get the customers out. He... had no shrimp and did not attempt to make any. His cashier went from the register to cutting up chicken with no gloves. Themanager sets the climate of the store and his behaviors and attitude have helped me to know that I will not go here again. Tjiswas first time here on Friday night at 8pm. His attitude displayed that closing the store down was more important than me as acustomer. The sofa area was disgusting. The trash was running over. Service could be better and food was okay Make sure napkins are in container especially during rush hour!

Wait staff that ?served? you the food are hateful and NOT HELPFUL AT ALL! Our first time in this restaurant and she gave no... instructions about what was what and what the options were!. When I asked her to explain, I got mumbled attitude!!! Food hadbeen cooked a few hours before and kept hot? which means it?s not fresh? then one of the staff member was climbing on the cooktop with cleaner in his back pocket hanging over a huge boiling pot!!! Ok, OSHA? how safe is that??????? Then the managerstopped and asked how everything was? we told him? which was a waste of time? and on top of all of that? NOTHING WAS CLEAN!! I was picking up a catering order for a delivery service, and my pickup time was actually 15 minutes before they're opening... time. The door was already unlocked, the order was ready, and we were out the door in less than 5 minutes. We have not eatenthere. But it definitely was a much better experience than we had about 10 months ago when we first moved to this area and begandelivering in this area. Read more
I absolutely love this place . First time I ordered here I had the firecracker chicken. It was so good but I didn?t take a... picture. But this time I did take a picture. I went through the drive thru very happy lady and she provided great customerservice no long wait. I ordered the teriyaki chicken chow mien. It was so good . I will definitely order from here again. I visited the Panda Express on(Hwy 20)McDonough Ga.last week and was disturbed when I got there. Line wasn't bad but.... wasn't... good. I felt rushed when she was taking my order(Just RUDE). Customer service is important Panda Express . I want you all tocheck out my mushroom chicken bowl. Looks like they scraped that off the floor! When I say this place used to be my go to. Notanymore.
