I was not satisfied with online order at your McDonough, GA store on HWY 81 due to instructions & toppings request being... ignored. I asked for extra sauce on the 1st pizza and it was less than average sauce & the 2nd pizza was to be cut into squaresbut was cut into triangles. Also, I notice one of the staff members put food in the deep fryer and afterward begin to rub herfingers through her hair. Absolutely disgusting! This is the 2nd time in 3mos that I have ordered from this store, anddirections were NOT followed. The health score was rated an 89B. I am truly disappointed!!! Read more
We have been ordering pizza here for the last 7 years or so. I am not sure what has happened but during the past few months... every order has come with one good pizza and one dry pizza. Typically the pan pizza is ok but I would not recommend the stuffedcrust. The stuffed crust has the same consistency as cardboard. I cannot order from this location again until some type ofchange is made. Read more
I put in an online order close to closing after my son's football game lastnight. The store manager Chris called me to let me... know that they didn't have pan crust but could fix the pizzas with the thin crust. I really did appreciate him calling andgiving us the option. When I got there there he also gave me a store credit for the difference in the price since I paid online.I didn't even have to ask. Read more
Ordered wings and pizza today from this Pizza Hut. One thin crust veggie deluxe and the detroit meat with extra vegetables. ... The crust on the thin crust was perfect but it had hardly any toppings. The crust on the detroit wasn't cooked properly (itshould be well done and very crispy. And in a first for our family: THERE WAS NO CHEESE ON THE DETROIT PIZZA and hardly anytoppings. I don't know who is making the pizzas at this location, but how do you make a pizza with no cheese? I would havegiven zero stars for this order, but the wings were perfectly cooked and hit right. I placed a order at 648pm and received a text that pizza was on the way. I did not receive any pizza at all. I called 4... different times and was told it was on the way. Needless to say, 1107pm nothing. I requested a refund and was told I wouldreceive a $40 credit because the door dash driver picked it up but again no pizza just excuses. My final call was told my orderwas remade and it would be here as soon as he picked it up for the second time. I am furious it?s been over 3+ hours no phonecall or pizza. I tried calling again for a 5th time but no answer. I definitely won?t be utilizing this Pizza Hut again butbefore that I will need my refund for pizza I didn?t receive. We ordered pizza today from this Pizza Hut. My husband called back to address this dry pizza issue and they hung up in his face.... We asked for extra sauce on all 5 of our pizzas. This pizza is supposed to be a pan pizza and it looks like a hand tossed. Itlacked the buttery crust.... it tasted like cardboard. Our kids were hungry so we tried to deal with it????. I worked at PizzaHut before I joined the service. I am well aware of how pan pizza is supposed to be prepared. Yulk!! The pizza dough was too old. I used to work for them and the dough had too be thrown out if it sits too long. Also the... toppings were scarce except for the pepperoni and about 1/3 was not covered with cheese. The cashier was very polite. I place my order online for delivery and it was converted to carry out in addition to me paying $4.65 for delivery fee 20% tip I... asked the young man over the phone why did they cancel my order he couldn?t explain. So I ended up going to pick up my orderwhen I placed it was for $27.91 I asked the young man on duty why I could not get reimbursed for a delivery charge and heproceeded to tell me they only charge me $21.74 and refused to give me my money back.
